This commitment was started in 1982 when the founder, Greg Haley, graduated from Virginia Tech with a degree in Building Construction. After working for a local contractor for thirteen years, and reaching the level of vice president, Mr. Haley knew what it took to run and oversee a successful commercial construction business. In 1995, Mr. Haley parted ways with the company he had been employed with for over a decade, and founded Haley Builders, Inc. Thankfully, his connections built over the preceding years and the recognition of his commitment to integrity and quality work saw Hanover County School awarding the newly established Haley Builders a $10M contract in their first year. This allowed Mr. Haley to establish a company that excels at providing quality, client-focused commercial construction services.

After 28 years of serving the Greater Richmond community, Haley Builders was preparing to slow down. However, with the arrival of a new owner to step in, and Mr. Haley to stay on to provide training and direction to new staff, we anticipate Haley Builders will continue to deliver superior construction services for many years to come.
